Permits | Basement Finishing | Second Suite 2018-05-29T19:27:26+00:00

Most renovations typically require a building permit, especially if a rental unit is being added to the home. Permits ensure that our work is inspected in accordance with the regulations and building codes that apply to your municipality zone and also give you peace of mind that the work has been officially inspected by a building inspector.

At Basement Reno Plus, we handle all aspects of obtaining the necessary basement finishing building permits required to complete your renovation. We prepare the design drawings, complete the application paperwork, secure the permits and arrange final inspections on your behalf.

The permit drawings are then submitted to the City that you live in for their review and approval. Our team co-ordinates with the respective departments to answer any questions they may have prior to providing their approval. When the approval is obtained, we arrange for inspections at the various stages of completion of your renovation project.

Once your renovation project has been completed, we will provide a final set of documents for your personal records.

When you choose Basement Reno Plus,  you can rest assured that your entire renovation project will be professionally handled by our team of experts from start to finish. We strive to not only provide a seamless and stress-free experience but one that is rewarding as well.
